Class description:
An introductory guide with timed exercises to learn the basics of breath control, the proper way of breathing and the basics of pranayama as a spiritual practice.

What to expect:

Short intro to proper breathing and techniques we'll be covering during the class.

Short full body warm-up and preparation breaths to begin our guided exercises.

Guided beginners exercises to introduce gradually more oxygen to the body and get used to the effects of it.

A guided practice of the different techniques of breath control, working in the different energy centers in the body (chakras).
